Refund policy

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have unfortunately passed after delivery, we are unable to offer you a refund on your order. For items that are not damaged and are simply not needed after ordered we do charge a collection fee. This will be deducted from the refund at the time the item has been returned to us. Please do check all measurements before purchasing to make sure the item is perfect for your space.

How to be eligible for a return?:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Adding to this, it must also be in its original packaging including if the item comes with a pallet or any other type of packaging.

Additional trade terms | Return eligibility:

Items purchased under trade accounts, or benefitting from exclusive trade pricing and other perks (transit insurance, special delivery offers, etc.), are excluded from the standard 14-day returns policy.
For trade orders, cancellations, amendments, or returns due to change of mind will not be accepted once:

  • Delivery has been completed; or

  • In the case of goods sourced from within Europe, once a stock transfer or shipment from a partner warehouse has been initiated.

  • Trade orders are ordinarily classified as “made-to-order” and are procured individually for each client, frequently from outside the United Kingdom or from third-party partner warehouses. 

Made-to-Order items:

Made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. To cancel a made-to-order this must be done within 48 hours of making the order.

Outlet Items:

Please note that all sales are final for items in our Outlet collection due to them being heavily reduced in price. We therefore reserve the right to not accept any change of mind returns for these particular items. Many of our outlet items are open boxed returns meaning a previous customer has returned the item under our standard returns policy.

Is your item damaged?: 

In the event, that you received a damaged item delivered by us, please inform us within a 48 hour period. Please make sure, to have enough evidence of the damage of the product i.e pictures of the damaged good as well as a sufficient description of the damage. 

We are terribly sorry, if this has happened to you and we will do our best to make sure, that you will receive the item that you ordered without any damage or flaws. 

In order to return the product safely to our suppliers in the case of a faulty item, please make sure you have the original packaging (Including pallets, boxes, box stuffing). This is very important, as our suppliers can't take back any items that are not in the original packaging. We can therefor not proceed with the full refund. Please do keep all packaging boxes until you have checked your items on delivery.
